🔁 Renewal of Digital Delivery Management Accreditation

Accreditation is valid for 2 years from the date of issuance.

If you’d like to extend your accreditation, you must submit a renewal application before the expiry date.


📝 The Renewal Process

To renew your accreditation, you must fulfill the following requirements:

  • ✅ Complete 20 hours of Continual Professional Development (CPD) per year
  • 🏢 Tier 1 applicants must also submit an update of their organisation’s digitisation roadmap

📚 CPD Documentation Requirements

To prove your 20 hours of CPD:

  • Submit documentary proof (e.g., certificates of attendance/completion)
  • Only approved courses/events count toward your CPD hours

Automatically Recognised:

  • WSQ-accredited courses under the Skills Framework for the Built Environment
  • Offered by Continuing Education and Training (CET) Centres or Approved Training Providers under SkillsFuture Singapore

🧠 Self-Directed Learning (Optional)

  • You may count up to 5 hours per year of self-learning
  • Must be self-declared using the official form

📤 Submitting Your Renewal

Once you’re ready to renew:

  1. Click the “Renew” button on your profile page
  2. Submit the following:
    • ✅ Completed Declaration of CPD
    • ✅ Certificates for approved courses/events
    • ✅ Tier 1 only: Updated digitisation roadmap
  3. Pay the renewal fee

🕒 Each renewal is valid for another 2 years from the renewal date.


💰 Renewal Fees

The renewal fee is the same as the application fee.
