The Lead (Digital Delivery) plays leading roles in project delivery, digital solutions development and adoption, competency building and innovation.
He/she:
- oversees the development and acquisition of digital solutions.
- implements policies and processes to support the organisation’s strategies.
- is responsible for analysing how digital solutions can be used to optimise processes
- is involved in technology adoption, innovation, and associated change management activities.
- establishes guidelines for the implementation of new solutions and continuous process improvement to drive capability building.
- possesses expertise in digital technologies, is adept in adopting digital solutions to enhance project outcomes and resolve technical challenges.
- provides technical guidance and support to his team and is keen to ensure they keep abreast with the latest in digital delivery approaches.
- works in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple projects and stakeholders.
To be considered as a Lead (Digital Delivery), he/she should have relevant experience in 75% of the Key Tasks listed in the Skills Map, as well as meet 8 Core Technical Skills and Competencies and 10 Elective Technical Skills and Competencies.
