The Digital Delivery Management Accreditation

Accreditation is valid for 2 years from the date of issuance. At the end of 2 years, you are required to submit a renewal application if you wish to extend the validity of your accreditation.

The Renewal Process

The accreditation renewal requirements are as follows:

  • All applicants are required to attain 20 hours of Continual Professional Development per year
  • Tier 1 applicants are additionally required to submit an update of their organisation digitization roadmap

To substantiate the attainment of 20 hours of Continual Professional Development per year, applicants are required to submit documentary proof of courses attended. Only certificates of attendance/completion from approved courses or events are considered for the fulfillment of required training hours. Up to 5 hours (out of 20 hours) per year can be allocated to self-learning and users may self-declare the learning resources used in the Declaration of Continual Professional Development form. • Declaration of Continual Professional Development for Renewal
  • Certificates of courses or events attended

The renewal fee is the same as the application fee and each renewal is valid for 2 years from the date of renewal.
